Hi! I’m Pam Healy. I am a Mindfulness Life Coach, School Social Worker and certified Yoga Instructor with a Masters in Counseling Psychology.  I created my mindfulness and meditation services as a direct response to my clients’ increased needs for simple, easy-to-use tools and methods to handle the stress, anxiety, and complexities of our modern world.

Between the in breath and the out breath there is a pause. 
Within that pause there is a space. 
Within that space is the opportunity to choose our response.

Everybody needs guidance and support at some point and I am passionate about helping my clients find ways to create intention and balance throughout their lives.


What is mindfulness?

Mindfulness is the basic human ability to be fully present, aware of where we are and what we are doing, and not overly react or become overwhelmed by what’s going on around us.

The good news is that you are already born with the capacity to become mindful! I am here to show you how to access this innate ability and together we will explore some techniques and tools that will get you get started and keep you afloat on your journey to Mindfulness.

Mindfulness gives us the chance to live our lives through a lens of gratitude and awareness, offering us new ways of responding to situations and relationships that have challenged us in the past, thus accessing new avenues towards calmness and inner peace.
