/Mindfulness Workshop
This workshop is geared to those individuals who are interested in getting acquainted with the concepts of MINDFULNESS and how utilizing specific skills can lead to sense of clarity and calm. MINDFULNESS techniques to use in both Formal and Informal practices will be introduced and explored. A guided meditation will melt the day's stress away as participants relax into a warm and caring environment that lends itself to the opportunity to learn how to re wire the brain for optimum clarity and sense of wellbeing. MINDFULNESS is not a difficult concept nor does it take years to learn or hours each day to practice! Each participant will leave this session with a tool kit of handouts, activities and resources to assist them in beginning a daily practice of MINDFULNESS Come see how fun and effective MINDFULNESS can be!!!
Mindful Mondays a 4 Week Group Mindfulness Beginners Course
This is a more in depth MINDFULNESS course for those who are interested in acquiring a variety of MEDITATION and MINDFULNESS techniques to practice on their own. Formal and Informal practices will be introduced and reviewed . Each time we meet, part of the session will be spent in a guided meditation followed by a discussion on the concepts of neurolasticity and how to re-wire the brain for optimal states of clarity and sense of wellbeing. Handouts and resources will be given to participants to assist in bringing their newly learned MINDFULNESS and MEDITATION practices home with them. There will be time set aside during each session for specific questions and answers. Come learn in a fun, non judgmental , welcoming environment with others who are wanting to live their lives with more clarity, less stress and greater happiness!
Mindful Parenting Groups
In this MINDFUL PARENTING WORKSHOP you will learn ways to connect with your kids in a calmer more effective manner. At the end of our time together you will leave with a better understanding of how your child’s brain is functioning and why they make some of the decisions they do. You will have a tool kit of handouts, resources and activities to utilize in moving forward towards helping your child be more focussed, centered and calm. You will be able to practice MINDFULNESS techniques both formally and informally immediately improving the quality of both yours and your child's lives.. Not only will this time be spent acquiring helpful knowledge about MINDFULNESS there will be time put aside for individual questions and concerns. One to One Online Mindfulness Mentoring
No time to come to a workshop or class? Feeling like you are trying to move forward in life but you keep getting stuck? Then this is the option for you. I am offering a limited amount of one to one individual counseling/mentoring opportunities on line to individuals who are serious about reaching their personal goals. Each session will provide the client with an opportunity to review current circumstances, set concrete steps to reach desired goals and discussion on available techniques and resources that are appropriate for individual concerns, Specific MINDFULNESS and MEDITATION practices will be suggested for optimum growth and support of goals. My background in counseling/psychology and passion for mindfulness offers my clients a unique and effective approach to changing their desired circumstances for the better.
